QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

No, we currently do not. Maybe in the future.

How far in advance should I order?

Order at least 48 hours ahead.

Do I have to prepay?

Yes, all orders must be paid in full rather it's online or over the phone for it to be placed on our calendar.

Do you take phone order?

Yes, you can! Although you can order over the phone,the best way to order is online through our website.

What is your cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, paid for and booked on our calendar, we cannot cancel the order.  Since our cookies are made- to-order, all orders are final as this is an edible product. 

Do you give refunds?

If we make a mistake on your order, we will do our best to take care of the issue.  We do not give refunds for broken cookies, cookies sitting in a hot car, weather conditions, etc as they can still be eaten and enjoyed. Orders can be rescheduled for another time.

Allergen Statement

All of our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles dairy, egg, tree nuts, wheat,and peanuts. Please note that we cannot guarantee that any of our menu items are free of allergens because we share equipment and handle common allergens throughout our bakeries.  

Do you ship?

No, we currently only do local orders.

How are cookies packaged?

All cookie orders are individually sealed into cellophane bags, unless stated otherwise.

Do you take corporate or party orders?

Yes, please email us for large events and parties. We can discuss custom labels as well. We can’t wait to hear from you!
