I am a teacher by day and a baker by night. I have always enjoyed baking as a hobby since I was YOUNG. My boyfriend was the first person to try my cookies and he was amazed. I decided to let my coworkers try them and they fell in love. That was how Julia's Brown Butter started.

 

I pride myself on using quality ingredients such as unbleached flour, unbleached organic sugar cane, organic fruits, and Irish cream butter. The majority of my items are also made with my signature spin, which is using brown butter. Brown butter gives the treats a unique flavor that customers love!
